Founded by a mother of a son with cerebral palsy, 4Kids Therapy is a specialised clinic that offers physical therapy, suit therapy, UEU, Cuevas MEDEK Exercise (CME), and occupational therapy services for children with cerebral palsy and other developmental or physical disabilities.

Abdel Rahim is a speech and language therapist from Assiut. He works at Abdel Rahim Fouad Centre for Training & Skills Development.

After graduating from Helwan University's Faculty of Education, Abdelrahman entered the speech and language field. He also pursued his Master's and is currently on the path towards achieving his PhD. Abdelrahman currently provides trainings and workshops to young professionals in both Egypt and Lebanon.

Aisha completed her undergraduate studies at Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Aisha then pursued a career working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other neurodevelopmental disorders. She worked as an ABA therapist at APEX Behavioral Consulting in Boston. Aisha moved back to Cairo and joined Progressive Behaviour Services as an Instructor Therapist and has received her Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) Certification.

More than 50% of the board members are wheelchair users and over 70% of the foundation’s employees are permanent wheelchair users. The foundation predominately serves wheelchair users through 8 developmental projects offered across Egypt’s 27 governorates.
