In April 2021, Rania founded Hope and Beyond (Parent House), a support group that offers guidance to families raising a child with any developmental disabilities. In 2015 Rania started her career as a speech and language practitioner, working with children with various disabilities. Rania is a certified DIRFloortime and Talk Tools Level 2 Provider. She is also a caregiver to her 9-year old nephew with autism. Hamza inspired Rania to create Hope & Beyond (Parent House) in order to help other families with the same experience. Hope and Beyond’s focus and purpose is to create a respectful and inclusive community for families of children with various disabilities. It provides parent support group sessions, parent workshops, and consultations by certified professionals.
