Magda has worked as a coordinator for children with learning difficulties and has been affiliated with the Amal Message Association since 2016. She has been trained and involved in courses for children's physical, psychological, and educational development. Magda has worked at Kayan Association for Children with Disabilities as a skills development specialist and with Montessori since 2018. She has conducted meetings and seminars for parents of nursery children to help them manage behavioural aspects and deal with problem behaviour. Magda has also participated in scientific training on special education teacher preparation, how to manage individual sessions, evaluate children, and make individual programs.
