Hadeel is a co-founder of Kyan. She is also a proficient DIRFloortime provider with experience in the field of children's development for 9 years, ranging from play therapy (under the supervision of Dr. Mona Yousry), Cognitive Skills training, and DIR Floortime provider. This then collectively led Hadeel to her current occupation as Zoud CDC Technical Director. The idea of Kyan came to Hadeel when she was met with the need of adults with difficulties in having a fulfilling life where they can feel included in society, build relationships and express themselves freely .
